It is with deep and immeasurable sorrow that we announce the passing of Kirsten Chapman-Wilson, who departed this life far too soon at the age of 25. A beloved daughter, niece, aunt, and friend, Kirsten was a radiant soul whose warmth and generosity touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Born and raised in Brookfield, Illinois, Kirsten embodied the values of compassion, service, and integrity from a young age. She pursued a career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), a role that perfectly matched her courageous spirit and unwavering desire to help others. Whether responding to urgent calls in the dead of night or offering comfort to someone in distress, Kirsten served her community with a quiet strength and tireless dedication that inspired those around her. She never sought recognition—only the opportunity to make a difference, one life at a time.
Kirsten’s laughter was contagious, her energy boundless, and her kindness unparalleled. She had an innate ability to lift the spirits of those around her, even on the darkest days. Friends and colleagues describe her as someone who would never let anyone feel alone, a beacon of light in times of uncertainty. Her presence brought comfort and joy, and her legacy will endure in the hearts and stories of the many people she helped—both professionally and personally.
To her family, Kirsten was a source of endless pride and love. She shared a particularly close bond with her parents and extended family, who supported her in every step of her journey. She was a devoted niece and a cherished aunt whose playful spirit and genuine affection made her adored by children and adults alike.
