It is with heartfelt sorrow that we share the passing of Peter Troyan Sr., who departed this life on July 4, 2025. His loss is deeply felt by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he quietly and powerfully touched.
Peter was more than a beloved father—he was a pillar of strength, a man of faith, and someone whose presence brought calm, warmth, and wisdom to those around him. His legacy is built not on grand gestures, but on the consistent and steady acts of love, support, and guidance he offered throughout his life.
Family was at the core of everything Peter valued. He dedicated his days to providing, protecting, and uplifting those he loved most. Whether through his words or his example, he taught what it meant to live with honesty, humility, and grace.
In honor of his life and the impact he made, a visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McLaughlin Hepner Funeral Home. It will be an opportunity for family, friends, and the broader community to come together, share memories, and celebrate the remarkable life he led.
A funeral mass will follow on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Church, a place of faith that held deep significance for Peter and his family. Immediately afterward, he will be laid to rest at St. John’s Cemetery, where he will be remembered with love and reverence.
Peter Troyan Sr. leaves behind a legacy rooted in compassion, character, and an unwavering sense of purpose. While we mourn his loss, we also celebrate a life lived with intention and heart. In the quiet moments and in the stories shared in the days to come, we will continue to feel his presence.
Rest in peace, Peter. Your memory will live on in all who had the privilege to know and love you.
