On the evening of [Insert Date], at approximately 7:00 PM, officers responded to a reported robbery in the parking lot located at 125 South Broadway. The situation quickly escalated into a dangerous encounter that ended in a vehicle crash, foot pursuit, and the arrest of Trisha Senter and Eric St. Pierre.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers spoke with the victim, who stated he had arranged to sell gold chains to a man and a woman. The transaction occurred inside the suspects’ vehicle. However, the victim soon realized he had been paid with counterfeit $100 bills. In an attempt to retrieve his gold chains from Eric St. Pierre, who was seated inside the vehicle, the victim reached through the window.
At that moment, Trisha Senter, who was in the driver’s seat, suddenly accelerated, dragging the victim several feet through the parking lot before crashing the vehicle a short distance away. Both Senter and St. Pierre then fled the scene on foot.
A short time later, Officer Mullen located both suspects walking behind Town Fair Tire. After being questioned, they were both taken into custody. During a search incident to arrest, officers discovered a bag of crack cocaine in Trisha Senter’s pocket.
Trisha Senter, of Plaistow, New Hampshire, has been formally charged with:
- Accomplice to Robbery
- Reckless Conduct
- Conduct After an Accident
- Possession of a Controlled Drug
- Resisting Arrest
While being booked, Eric St. Pierre, of Sandown, New Hampshire, provided officers with several false names in an attempt to conceal his identity. Once correctly identified, it was confirmed that St. Pierre had two outstanding warrants for Robbery. He now faces the following charges:
- Robbery
- Two Counts of False Reports to Law Enforcement
- Forgery
- Two Outstanding Warrants for Robbery
Both Senter and St. Pierre were transported to jail following their arrest.
Authorities remind the public that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The investigation into theincident is ongoing.
