The Arlington community is grappling with shock and grief following a tragic overnight shooting that claimed the life of a young man. The incident unfolded late Monday night, June 2, 2025, at an apartment complex located on Castle Gardens Drive, sending waves of sorrow through the city and prompting an urgent investigation by local authorities.

According to a news release from the Arlington Police Department, officers were dispatched to the scene shortly before midnight after receiving multiple 911 calls reporting gunfire at the complex. Upon arrival, responding officers discovered a young man suffering from what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds.
