Tragedy Strikes on a Day Meant for Celebration
What was meant to be a joyful Easter Sunday turned into an unthinkable tragedy in east Birmingham. Micky Bosti lost his life in front of his own children, family, and loved ones—people who had gathered to celebrate not only the holiday but a birthday, a moment that should have been filled with laughter and togetherness.
Instead, horror unfolded.
A dispute erupted between Micky and the mother of his children—his long-time partner. Moments later, in a devastating turn, Micky was struck and killed by a car. His children stood nearby, frozen in shock, forced to witness the unimaginable. He died on the spot.
Authorities arrested his partner at the scene, but the shock and heartbreak that ripple through the family and community can’t be undone.
