TULARE, Calif. — A heated argument over property escalated into a violent stabbing in Tulare on Thursday evening, leaving one man hospitalized and another in custody. According to Tulare Police Department officials, officers responded to reports of a disturbance in the 500 block of East San Joaquin Avenue at approximately 6:45 p.m.

Upon arrival, law enforcement officers discovered a 64-year-old man suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim, whose name has not been released at this time, was treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel and transported to a local hospital.
