FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. — A tragic case that has shaken the Johnsonville community has taken a new turn as authorities arrested Gianna Helene Kistenmacher, a 17-year-old from Myrtle Beach, in connection with the shooting death of 16-year-old Trey Wright.

Kistenmacher was taken into custody on Monday, June 24, 2025, and charged with accessory before the fact to a felony, according to Florence County Sheriff TJ Joye. The arrest comes just days after 19-year-old Devan Raper of Conway was charged with murder in connection with Wright’s killing.

DELTONA, FL — The Volusia Sheriff’s Office (VSO) has issued an arrest warrant for 37-year-old Thomas A. Calderon in connection with a shooting that occurred early Tuesday morning, July 1, 2025, in Deltona. Calderon is now wanted for attempted second-degree murder with a firearm and is considered armed and dangerous.

According to VSO officials, deputies were notified around 3:11 a.m. when a 29-year-old male victim arrived at an Orange City hospital, driven there by his girlfriend, with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.

Investigators quickly determined that the shooting stemmed from a verbal argument between Calderon and the victim. The altercation reportedly escalated when Calderon confronted the victim over the way he had allegedly been treating his girlfriend.
