Reverend Charles Wilson of New Life Baptist Church urged residents not to let fear or despair win. “This is a time to support each other, to come together, and to help law enforcement find answers. Another life lost to senseless violence is one too many,” he said during a candlelight vigil being planned in Carroll’s memory.
