Buffalo Police Arrest 17-Year-Old Jayden Miller in Connection with Canalside Shooting

The victim was transported to Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) by AMR. SHASTA COUNTY, Calif. (June 28, 2025) — The Shasta County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit has arrested 21-year-old Skyler Eugene Darrah, of Shasta County, following a detailed investigation into serious allegations of child sexual abuse.

The investigation began in May 2025, after deputies responded to a report involving the sexual assault of a juvenile. Darrah was identified early in the investigation as the alleged suspect.
